It seems wherever you go old is new, retro is back and the vintage look is everywhere. Inspired by beautiful laces and decorative elements, we threw a pile of inspiration at our walls, pulled out the drafting board (tied Jill to her chair) and this is what we came up with.
The new range of vintage invitations has to be one of my favourites in a long time. Our last range of classical invites was designed around its simplicity but this range has really let us go to town combining vintage and shabby chic elements with the gorgeous palette of colours today’s bride loves.
So what does the master of our vintage invitations range love about it?:
Jill: “I got to put a twist on some really beautiful vintage work to make it appeal. So there are a few surprises. Some pretty diamante work, a really bold and fresh colour palette, but most of all some new paper stocks”. “Vintage styling is a lot about textures and there are some great new matte paper stocks that add another element to the vintage feel of the invitation without adding more colour or more embellishing”. “My personal fave is ‘Baroness'”.
